Time Frame: 

Any claims for damaged / defective items must be submitted to support@babeside.com within 30 days from the date that the item was received. 

  Any claims not related to the quality of the product but only for other reasons such as "don't like it" "don't want it" must be submitted to support@babeside.com within 14 days from the date that the item was received. But the time can be extended to 30 days if you don't use your items and keep your items in their original condition and packaging.

 

Attention:

-Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is NOT the return address and will affect the processing of your return.

-Any return requests not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. 

-It is customer's responsibility to provide a tracking number once item has been returned. 

-All refunds will be made in the original payment method used at checkout.

 PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
 Credit card refunds: Between 5-10 business days


For some credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

-Babeside is not responsible if your return got lost in transit, damaged in the delivery process or not delivered to our return address.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
