She has soft veining, beautiful mottling, fine capillaries, detailed nails, newborn milia, and lifelike shading all over. Her delicate eyebrows are a combinations of mono rooting and fine detailed painting.

• The doll was molded, poured and reproduced by Crafters, doll was poured into ecoflex 20 or ecoflex 10 or platinum silicone which is very soft and squishy. The doll has been painted with top quality silicone paints with many thin layer to get her realistic skin tone.
• Doll is in one piece with a attached head ,no ball joint.
• Bathing is not recommended, though many do bathe their babies often. I suggest, you can lightly rinse your baby in the basin with a bit of Baby Wash once a week. Do not rub or scrub the baby as it will peel the baby's skin. Dry with a soft baby towel. DO NOT RUB THE SKIN IN ANY WAY - constant rubbing will remove the paint.
• Silicone dolls are quite different from vinyl reborn babies. They are very soft, move freely and need to be handled as you would handle a newborn baby (especially the soft heavy head). Do not stretch the arms, legs or any parts of the baby, they may be torn or ruptured. Not recommended for children.
• Please note that this doll is a complete work of art.

Time Frame: 

Any claims for damaged / defective items must be submitted to support@babeside.com within 30 days from the date that the item was received. 

  Any claims not related to the quality of the product but only for other reasons such as "don't like it" "don't want it" must be submitted to support@babeside.com within 14 days from the date that the item was received. But the time can be extended to 30 days if you don't use your items and keep your items in their original condition and packaging.

Attention:

-Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is NOT the return address and will affect the processing of your return.

-Any return requests not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. 

-It is customer's responsibility to provide a tracking number once item has been returned. 

-All refunds will be made in the original payment method used at checkout.
